3.2 Feedback: If you provide any suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding BetPress Pro ("Feedback"), you grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such Feedback into BetPress Pro without any obligation to compensate you.
4. Payment and Subscription
4.1 Pricing: The pricing for BetPress Pro is determined by the Company and is subject to change at its discretion. The current pricing details are available on the Company's website.
4.2 Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription to BetPress Pro as specified by the Company. Payments shall be made in the currency specified by the Company and are non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Disclaimer: BetPress Pro is provided "as is" without any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
